About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineering Team Lead to join our strategic tribe at Inter. This role is part of one of the organization's main centers of excellence in data, responsible for transforming data into real value for the business by connecting advanced data engineering with applied data science.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop a team of data engineers with professionals of different seniority levels
- →Define technical vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- →Plan team allocation and coordinate complex data engineering projects
- →Act as a bridge between business areas and the technical team, translating needs into scalable solutions
- →Promote good data engineering practices, technical quality, and innovation culture
- →Monitor team performance and optimize development and delivery processes
Requirements
- ✓Completed graduation
- ✓Availability for on-site work in Recife, Curitiba, or Belo Horizonte (9 am to 6 pm schedule)
- ✓Solid experience in data engineering (minimum of 4 years)
- ✓Previous experience in technical leadership or team management (minimum of 2 years)
- ✓Knowledge in PySpark, Airflow, SQL, Amazon EMR, Kubernetes, and Kafka
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
