About the Role

We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Inter. This role focuses on developing and executing multichannel growth and communication strategies for our ecommerce platform, with a focus on customer lifecycle growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Translate business objectives into actionable strategies, creating initiative roadmaps that drive ecommerce growth and enhance user experience
→Promote innovation culture and prioritize actions based on impact and effort estimates, serving as a focal point for strategic stakeholders
→Lead omnichannel campaign execution and customer relationship management, ensuring message consistency, proper segmentation, personalization, timing, governance and LGPD compliance
→Control communication budget while maximizing operational efficiency in channel usage
→Develop continuous improvement rituals, tracking department metrics and identifying opportunities to achieve goals
→Create executive reports with strategy storytelling and performance analysis
→Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, setting priorities, goals and processes
→Propose user research and monitor competition, market trends and customer behavior
→Ensure confidentiality of information related to processes under your responsibility

Requirements

✓Completed graduation
✓Experience in people management and leadership of high-performance multidisciplinary teams
✓Solid experience in digital product marketing, including Growth/LifeCycle/CRM
✓Extensive experience with various digital communication channels, with minimum CRM capability
✓Proficiency in digital product metrics with data-driven, consumer-centric and growth hacking mindsets
✓Results-oriented focus, excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability to propose solutions that create business value
✓Availability for 100% on-site work
✓Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
