About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the UX Core Lifecycle team at Inter, responsible for orchestrating customer experiences throughout their banking lifecycle. Your mission is to elevate the standard of experience, transforming complex interactions into intuitive and memorable journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design flows and interfaces that facilitate customer activation and recurring use of Inter products, especially at initial touchpoints with the Super App.
- →Track activation, adoption, and satisfaction metrics, proposing continuous improvements based on data.
- →Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and perform usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize journeys.
- →Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Growth, and Data teams to align business objectives with user experience solutions.
- →Mentor less experienced designers, contributing to the technical and creative development of the team.
- →Collaborate with the Design System team to maintain consistency, evolve components, and onboard standards.
- →Present and defend design solutions to stakeholders and leadership, building trust relationships.
- →Define quality requirements for experience (UX) and support initiatives to improve usability performance.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Design, Technology, Advertising, or related fields.
- ✓Practical experience in UX/Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating creation of complex journeys, especially involving onboarding, activation, and product adoption.
- ✓Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- ✓Experience with agile design methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in multifunctional squads.
- ✓Availability for on-site work (Belo Horizonte or São Paulo).
