About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our team at IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure and services. You will work on core integrations and personalization solutions across the IONOS Group, focusing on providing personalized experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop backend systems in Java and integrate frontend solutions in JavaScript for our Personalization Engine
- →Work closely with business partners to implement technical solutions using the latest technologies
- →Serve as a contact person for the Personalization Engine, supporting both IONOS teams and subsidiaries
- →Contribute to improving development processes and infrastructure
- →Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks like React for personalization configurations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Java development, preferably with Spring Boot
- ✓Knowledge of modern JavaScript frontend frameworks such as React
- ✓Ability to develop features from ideas in a dynamic team environment
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach
- ✓Familiarity with agile working methods and team collaboration
- ✓Effective communication in English, with optional German proficiency
- ✓Ability to understand requirements and find efficient solutions
