About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join Iru, an AI-powered security & IT platform used by fast-growing companies. This role will own and scale the systems, data, and automation that power our marketing engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize HubSpot marketing automation, workflows, scoring, and lifecycle management
- →Design and maintain lead routing, attribution models, and campaign tracking infrastructure
- →Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and other GTM systems
- →Partner with Marketing leadership to operationalize campaign strategy
- →Ensure accurate MQL definitions, lifecycle stage progression, and lead handoffs to SDRs
- →Maintain data hygiene standards and improve database quality
- →Develop and maintain dashboards for pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and funnel conversion
- →Identify system gaps and implement scalable solutions
- →Support experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and segmentation
- →Collaborate with GTM Ops and GTM Engineering for data consistency
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS
- ✓Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot (required)
- ✓Ability to leverage SQL and python for advanced dashboards and models
- ✓Experience designing workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle frameworks
- ✓Strong understanding of attribution modeling and funnel analytics
- ✓Experience managing integrations (APIs, middleware tools, data sync)
- ✓Comfort working with data models and CRM architecture
- ✓High attention to detail and operational rigor
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
