About the Role
Iru is seeking a Sales Development Representative (Growth) to drive pipeline growth and improve customer outcomes. This role involves rapid follow-up on high-intent demand signals and proactive outreach to customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond rapidly to high-intent signals such as partial form fills and event leads
- →Execute outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings
- →Follow structured workflows to maximize conversion from signal to meeting
- →Capture meeting context and notes in HubSpot
- →Proactively reach out to low-touch customer accounts
- →Identify and qualify expansion opportunities
- →Document outcomes and insights in HubSpot
- →Maintain high standards of activity and professionalism
- →Use proven talk tracks and objection-handling techniques
- →Provide feedback on lead quality and process improvements
Requirements
- ✓6+ months of SDR/BDR or inside sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Coachability and resilience
- ✓Comfort working in a queue-based model
- ✓Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- ✓Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Motivation to grow into future roles in Sales or GTM leadership
