About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Application Engineer to join our team at Ivalua, a leading global provider of cloud-based procurement solutions. This role involves supporting clients post-implementation to ensure a smooth transition and exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage customer relationships and gather business requirements
- →Configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution using C#, .NET, and SQL
- →Debug and solve project issues throughout the implementation cycle
- →Develop advanced configuration knowledge and leverage configuration features
- →Interact with R&D team for product features
- →Manage deliveries and solve technical operational issues
Requirements
- ✓At least 3+ years of experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- ✓At least 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Application Engineer or in a client-facing role
- ✓Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development
- ✓Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or software engineering
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to adapt to customer and partner restraints
