POSITION OVERVIEW
We're hiring our first Sr. GTM Recruiter to partner with our GTM, Legal, Finance, and Operations leadership to build and scale a world-class organization across all business functions. This is a full-cycle, IC role with real ownership. You'll be embedded in the business, working directly with hiring leaders across a broad range of functions to hire exceptional people at pace, without compromising on quality.
This role is intentionally broad. At a company like Ivo, growth touches every function, and you'll need to move fluidly across hiring profiles. One week you're partnering with our General Counsel on a commercial contracts attorney hire. The next you're working with Finance on a strategic FP&A role or supporting Marketing on a content hire.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions, including:
- Legal (commercial attorneys, paralegals, legal ops)
- Customer Success and Account Management
- Marketing (demand gen, content, product marketing)
- Finance and FP&A
- Revenue Operations and Business Operations
- People and HR
- Solutions Consulting and Partnerships
- Partner with functional leaders on hiring priorities, role definition, and candidate assessment.
- Lead outbound, passive sourcing with compelling, personalized candidate messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with top talent across functions and markets, even when there's no immediate open role.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our sourcing strategy, candidate funnel, and interview process.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive funnel performance.
- Help articulate and refine our employer value proposition to senior candidates across functions.
- Contribute to employer branding across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Influence recruiting tools, systems, and processes as we scale.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with in-house experience required
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple business functions, including at least some exposure to legal, finance, or operations hiring
- Experience supporting a high-growth startup environment (Series A-C preferred)
- Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates, not dependent on inbound volume
- Ability to quickly build credibility with functional leaders who have strong, specific points of view on what "great" looks like in their discipline
- Data-driven approach: you track your funnel, diagnose drop-off, and iterate
- Builder mindset: you take an existing process and make it better, then document it
- Strong point of view paired with genuine openness to feedback
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, context-switching between very different hiring profiles
- Passion for recruiting as a craft and for building long-term relationships with top talent
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- First 90 days: You've made your first hires across multiple functions, hit near-term headcount goals, and developed a clear POV on where our sourcing and interview process can improve.
- 6 months: You're planning ahead, building sourcing strategy and hiring pipelines for the back half of 2026 and beyond across all business functions.
- 12 months: You're operating as a true owner of business recruiting at Ivo, influencing tooling, metrics, and process decisions as the company scales.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Base salary: $140,000 β $180,000, depending on experience. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors.

Is this a chill gig? No. Startups are hard, especially fast-growing ones. You'll have a lot of responsibility and a lot to do. The upside is real and uncapped, but the work is genuinely demanding.
Can I work remotely? This role is in-person five days a week at our San Francisco office.
