About the Role
We are looking for an upbeat, customer-focused individual to join our Rosetta Stone Product Support Team at IXL Learning. This role involves supporting individual language learners with subscription, billing, and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeliver exceptional service and technical support to customers
- βDevelop and maintain in-depth product expertise to assist learners
- βAnalyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical support requests
- βCommunicate product features and solutions via email and phone
- βCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
- βDocument all customer interactions in internal CRM systems
- βManage multiple customer requests efficiently
Requirements
- βBachelorβs Degree
- β1+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- βStrong written and verbal communication skills
- βFluent Spanish speaking, reading, and writing skills
