About the Role
Jerry.ai is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. We are a pre-IPO startup with $240M in funding and 60X revenue growth in 5 years, aiming to become a $10B business. As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in championing data-driven decisions across critical business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights
- →Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features
- →Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- →Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- ✓1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
- ✓High level of comfort with SQL and/or running complex data analysis
- ✓Framework for problem solving and ability to communicate with audiences from front-line employees to the C-suite
- ✓High bar for yourself and your team, constantly pushing for excellence
