About the Role
Jerry.ai is looking for a Sr Manager, Business Operations & Strategy (Marketplace Growth) to help scale their core insurance business. This is a high-visibility role that will report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create a seamless user experience and ensure ongoing carrier success
- →Drive critical outcomes for the insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion)
- →Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams
- →Shape the strategy of a category-defining fintech company at scale
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- ✓5+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm
- ✓Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
- ✓Structured framework for problem-solving and first principles approach
- ✓Comfortable communicating with technical stakeholders, business partners, and the C-suite
- ✓High bar for self and team, constantly pushing for excellence
