<p>JETSET Pilates Glen Iris brings the globally recognised JETSET Modern Pilates method from the USA to Melbourneβs inner east. We deliver 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workouts on custom-built reformers, designed to maximise time under tension and build real strength and stability.</p>
<p>Our method is structured, progressive, and results-focused, combining slow, controlled movement with seamless transitions to keep muscles working from start to finish. Set within a premium studio environment with DJ-curated playlists, JETSET offers a workout experience that is as effective as it is energising.</p>
<p>This is not traditional reformer Pilates. This is a more intentional, strength-driven approach to training that challenges both body and mind.</p>
<p> The Sales and Community Manager at JETSET Pilates is responsible for driving studio growth through sales leadership, lead conversion, and community activation.</p>
<p>This is a performance-based, revenue-generating role focused on building a full and engaged membership base. You will lead all aspects of the sales funnel from first touchpoint through to long-term retention, while also executing local marketing initiatives and partnerships that bring new clients into the studio.</p>
<p>This is not a front desk role. It is a growth role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships, and creating momentum both inside and outside the studio.</p>
<p>You will play a key role in positioning JETSET within the local community, ensuring the studio is not only a place people train, but a brand they feel connected to.</p>

Core Responsibilities
Revenue and Sales Leadership
β’ Own and drive all membership sales and revenue targets
β’ Convert leads, new clients, and class pack holders into active members
β’ Manage and optimise the full lead pipeline using AXLE CRM
β’ Conduct consistent follow-up across all inbound and outbound leads
β’ Identify and action opportunities to increase conversion rates and average revenue per client
β’ Confidently present pricing, promotions, and membership options
β’ Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience aligned with the JETSET brand
β’ Report on sales performance and pipeline activity
Lead Generation and Community Activation
β’ Drive local area marketing and grassroots activations to generate new leads
β’ Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community groups
β’ Execute in-person outreach, including events, pop-ups, and brand activations
β’ Represent JETSET as a brand ambassador within the community
β’ Generate leads through face-to-face interactions and community presence
β’ Distribute offers, passes, and promotional materials strategically
β’ Plan and host community-based events that drive first-time visits
Client Experience and Retention
β’ Deliver an elevated, boutique client experience at every interaction
β’ Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and lifetime value
β’ Create a high-energy, welcoming, and sales-focused studio environment
β’ Identify at-risk members and proactively re-engage them
β’ Turn first-time clients into long-term members through consistent touchpoints
Marketing and Brand Growth
β’ Support content creation aligned with the JETSET brand
β’ Engage with leads and clients across social platforms
β’ Leverage social media to support lead generation and community building
β’ Collaborate on campaigns and promotions to drive studio growth
Operations and Studio Standards
β’ Maintain high standards across front-of-house presentation and operations
β’ Ensure all client interactions reflect JETSETβs premium positioning
β’ Support studio operations where required, while maintaining focus on sales priorities
β’ Lead, manage, and develop a team of Studio Leads, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability to ensure consistent performance across sales, client experience, and daily operations
