About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Writer to join the DevOps core writing team at JFrog in India. The successful candidate will help maintain and update developer-oriented documentation for our industry-leading DevOps solution.

Key Responsibilities

→Write clear, structured, concise, and high-quality end-user documentation
→Test and validate the accuracy of the sample code as documented
→Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Subject Matter Experts
→Understand and communicate the value of specific products and features
→Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for the installation, administration, and use of JFrog products

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise software development environment
✓Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
✓English at native level
✓Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain key relationships
✓Excellent writing skills with an ability to structure content effectively
✓Ability to independently install features, work with a CLI, use APIs, and document for a developer-oriented audience
✓Knowledge of DevOps principles, processes, and tools (advantage)
✓Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
✓Capable of working accurately and quickly with attention to detail
✓Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, doing what’s required to release content on time
