About the Role
We are looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to develop impactful cybersecurity training courses that advance online learning in cybersecurity. This role involves creating diverse training experiences using the ADDIE process for both synchronous and asynchronous materials.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop synchronous and asynchronous training materials utilizing the ADDIE process
- →Support the O&M and updates of existing courses
- →Collaborate with technical experts to convert course materials for online learning
- →Manage multiple lessons in various stages of production and meet deadlines
- →Conduct live instruction as needed
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of related experience in instructional design, technology, or cybersecurity
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- ✓Familiarity with ADDIE methodology
- ✓Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office Suite and web-based authoring tools
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
