About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, FP&A to lead and enhance financial planning and analysis functions for a fast-growing, technology-driven business. This hands-on, high-impact role will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
- →Build financial models and decision-making tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- →Prepare financial reports, commentaries, and presentations to support executive and board-level decisions
- →Drive improvements in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and analysis, proposing solutions to optimize performance
- →Collaborate cross-functionally on projects including commission structures, ROI analysis, and new product evaluations
- →Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering growth and professional development
- →Support strategic planning, financial due diligence, and analysis for key business initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- ✓6+ years of experience in corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth technology environments
- ✓1+ years of people management experience
- ✓Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with SQL preferred
- ✓Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Mode, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- ✓Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- ✓SaaS experience is preferred but not required
