About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager - Integrations to join our team. This role focuses on creating integrations that address the diverse needs of global customers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and prioritize the roadmap for integrations.
- →Act as the Product Owner for a cross-functional scrum team.
- →Research and document integration requirements and define solutions.
- →Oversee the development of integrations with both internal and external engineers.
- →Design user experiences for integration solutions to ensure seamlessness.
- →Plan and execute pilot and release plans for each integration.
- →Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and various internal teams.
- →Analyze and act on metrics that gauge the success of partner integrations.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS applications.
- ✓2+ years in a product role focused on hospitality products.
- ✓Knowledge of regional tax compliance and fiscal reporting requirements.
- ✓Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodologies.
- ✓Experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
- ✓Ability to launch new products and grow market adoption.
- ✓Experience in an Agile development environment, preferably Scrum.
- ✓Strong communication skills to engage with engineers and stakeholders.
- ✓Attention to detail in user stories and success evaluation.
- ✓Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- ✓Analytical skills to use data for informed decision-making.
