Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting management
- ✓Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, especially in travel nursing and healthcare staffing
- ✓Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and job board/sourcing platforms
- ✓Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Strong attention to detail, communication, time management, and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively individually and collaboratively within a team
