About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a mission-driven, globally distributed environment where data plays a central role in advancing large-scale community and impact initiatives. This role involves transforming diverse data sources into reliable pipelines, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models to support program outcomes
- →Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
- →Analyze trends and patterns across multiple datasets to surface actionable insights
- →Define and improve data processes, including ETL workflows, aggregation, and storage
- →Collaborate with cross-functional data and technology teams to align metrics and reporting standards
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex findings
- ✓Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least three years of experience
- ✓Strong programming experience with SQL and Python
- ✓Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing technologies
- ✓Proven experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
- ✓Solid working knowledge of collaborative tools
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
- ✓Familiarity with ethical data practices and responsible data management
