About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join a mission-driven, globally distributed team in Israel. This role focuses on transforming diverse data sources into reliable pipelines, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data models to support program outcomes and long-term impact measurement
→Develop and maintain self-service dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making
→Analyze trends and patterns across datasets to guide strategy and program interventions
→Define and improve data processes, including ETL workflows and storage
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align metrics and reporting standards

Requirements

✓Fluency in English with the ability to communicate complex findings
✓Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience, or a Master’s degree with at least three years of experience in data science or related field
✓Strong programming experience with SQL and Python, including API integrations and JSON data handling
✓Hands-on experience with large-scale data processing technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Presto, and Spark
✓Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Apache Superset or Looker Studio
✓Solid working knowledge of collaborative tools like Google Workspace
✓Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset
✓Familiarity with ethical data practices and responsible data management
