About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support team growth through full lifecycle recruitment in the engineering and construction sectors. This fully remote position focuses on implementing innovative strategies to attract and hire top talent while building a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, direct, and coordinate talent acquisition activities
- →Source, review, screen, interview, evaluate, and present candidates to hiring managers
- →Utilize professional social media platforms and job boards for sourcing and recruitment
- →Coordinate and promote the internal employee referral program
- →Develop and execute talent pipeline strategies with educational institutions and industry organizations
- →Attend job fairs and relevant organizational events
- →Schedule interviews and guide hiring managers through the interview process
- →Consult on offer details and support pre-employment onboarding procedures
- →Collaborate with Human Resources on reference and background checks
- →Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to hiring managers
Requirements
- ✓Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- ✓Proficient in talent sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
- ✓Ability to coordinate high volume recruitment effectively
- ✓Demonstrated success with measurable KPIs in recruitment
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- ✓Attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- ✓Ability to work effectively with remote teams
- ✓Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
