About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our partner company's Talent Acquisition team. This contract role focuses on attracting and securing exceptional talent within the trades industry, particularly for R&D teams, and will impact recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies
- →Develop and implement initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent
- →Source active and passive candidates through various channels
- →Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for R&D teams
- →Ensure adherence to recruiting processes and procedures by hiring teams
- →Drive continuous improvement and influence hiring decisions
- →Present recruitment strategies and results to senior management
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2+ years in high-growth technology companies
- ✓Experience sourcing candidates via social media and job platforms
- ✓Experience filling technical roles within R&D, such as Senior Software Engineers
- ✓Proficient in Google Suite tools
- ✓Knowledge of recruiting KPIs, metrics, and reporting
- ✓Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Workday or Greenhouse
- ✓Knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques
- ✓Ability to manage multiple high-priority positions effectively
- ✓Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proactive and enjoys taking initiative
