Jumio is seeking a Software Development Engineer 2 with a QA Specialization to join our team. You will work on building high-performance automation infrastructure and contribute to our backend codebase, helping to make the digital world safer through identity verification solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect & Automate: Design and scale robust automated test frameworks (primarily Python-based) for continuous high-quality delivery.
- →ML Validation: Develop data-driven testing strategies for Machine Learning models and complex datasets.
- →Hybrid Development: Contribute to backend feature development and code reviews.
- →Technical Strategy: Design comprehensive test plans for REST services with sophisticated edge-case validation.

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in software development or automation engineering.
- ✓2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
- ✓Deep proficiency with PyTest, Selenium, and REST API testing libraries.
- ✓Comfortable operating in UNIX-like environments with Bash scripting skills.
- ✓Practical experience with Docker and AWS ecosystem.
- ✓Understanding of Agile methodologies and product quality standards.
- ✓Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
