About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to help customers understand how to get the best out of Jumio's products. This role involves providing technical and functional expertise for our next-gen Jumio Platform, including our identity verification technology and risk signals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead pre-sales activities, including understanding use cases and proposing recommendations
- →Create and lead customer-facing technical presentations
- →Deliver live demos showcasing our technical capabilities
- →Aid the Bid Management team in completing solution proposals
- →Manage the onboarding of enterprise customers
- →Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise for our products and APIs
- →Work closely with Product Management and other business units to maintain technical knowledge
- →Deliver bespoke demos for selected customers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Implementation Management, or Technical Consulting
- ✓Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise customers
- ✓Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- ✓In-depth technical knowledge, including web or mobile programming and scripting languages
- ✓Experience with API integration
- ✓Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high autonomy
