About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is responsible for proactively reaching out to target accounts, cold calling, and prospecting for new business to generate pipeline for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to reach out to target accounts
- →Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
- →Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage prospects
- →Assess and qualify leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- →Collaborate with Account Executives for a smooth transition of qualified leads
- →Work closely with BDR Managers and Account Executives to refine outreach strategies
Requirements
- ✓Quick learner capable of digesting technical product knowledge and complex process requirements
- ✓Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
- ✓Strong research skills to gather information about target accounts and prospects
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Written and spoken English proficiency required
- ✓Business-level French or German skills strongly preferred
- ✓2+ years of professional experience preferred (SaaS, sales, customer service, etc.)
