Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience leading software engineering teams on public clouds
- ✓12+ years management experience as a software engineer
- ✓Experience managing a team of 8+ members
- ✓Track record of leading successful projects
- ✓Strong understanding of software engineering principles
- ✓Experience with SaaS Ownership and Reliability Principles
- ✓Hands-on experience with agile teams
- ✓Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Ability to integrate new technologies and best practices
- ✓Experience managing cross-functional teams
- ✓Strong track record in hiring and retaining high performers
- ✓Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience leading geographically diverse teams
