We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Kaizen Gaming's Human Resources Department. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive the company's success in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the complete recruitment strategy, utilizing diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- →Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, while delivering top-quality talent and meeting internal SLAs
- →Work with complex roles both from Tech & Product and Business Oriented
- →Proactively engage in the design, development, and delivery of strategic initiatives
- →Conduct thorough CV screenings, interviews, and guide the hiring process
- →Collaborate with decision-makers, elevating our hiring standards and driving excellence
- →Create a memorable candidate experience
Requirements
- ✓Relevant years of experience in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments
- ✓Knowledge of Greenhouse will be considered an advantage
- ✓Capability to work autonomously, pivot quickly, and consistently achieve targets
- ✓Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment
- ✓Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations
