About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Total Rewards Specialist to join our Total Rewards Team at Kaizen Gaming, one of the biggest GameTech companies in the world. This role focuses on driving the design and communication of total reward policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the long-term HR strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the implementation of fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits schemes according to global guidelines
- →Support the Compensation & Benefits cycle, including internal processes, promotions, salary increases, bonus schemes, and ad hoc rewards
- →Participate in the implementation of HR Compensation Projects, such as Job Evaluation and Job Architecture Projects
- →Identify trends and new initiatives to further engage and motivate employees
- →Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- →Conduct periodic audits and provide regular reporting analysis on the effectiveness of employee compensation and benefit schemes
- →Act as a trustworthy compensation and benefits partner to ensure high-quality service to stakeholders
- →Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and HRBPs to ensure alignment and meet HR objectives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- ✓Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Total Rewards Specialist or in a related role
- ✓Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- ✓Proven experience and knowledge of job evaluation, job analysis systems, and compensation surveys (a plus)
- ✓Excellent knowledge of Excel or G-sheets
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- ✓Strong quantitative, analytical, and reporting skills
