About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for KAYAK for Business (K4B) to enhance our product offering for corporate customers. This role requires 5 years of experience in the travel industry and focuses on building and maintaining features to help travelers find, book, and service travel options.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the expansion of the traveler and travel manager experience across all countries and platforms
- →Support the expansion of booking and servicing capabilities on K4B
- →Collect feedback from users and respond to their needs
- →Advocate for travelers and travel managers, documenting their motivations and goals
- →Craft feature requirements and prioritize user problems
- →Work with cross-functional teams to define specifications and launch features
- →Coordinate the roll-out of new product features across all customers
- →Measure and analyze insights from product changes
- →Stay informed about the competitive landscape in travel and e-commerce
Requirements
- ✓Specific experience in working on travel or hospitality products
- ✓Technical experience preferred
- ✓Collaboration with team members from all levels of the business
- ✓Experience as a Product Owner in Agile Teams
- ✓Collaboration with third parties to bring technical solutions to market
- ✓Ability to align product opportunities with business goals
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis, including running SQL queries
- ✓Personal experience as a traveler
- ✓BS degree or equivalent experience required, technical background strongly preferred
