About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for KAYAK for Business (K4B) with travel experience to enhance our product offering for corporate customers. This role focuses on building and maintaining features to help travelers find, book, and service travel options.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and drive the expansion of the traveler and travel manager experience across all countries and platforms
- →Support the expansion of booking and servicing capabilities on K4B
- →Collect feedback from users and respond to their needs
- →Advocate for travelers and travel managers, defining and prioritizing user problems
- →Craft feature requirements and work with cross-functional teams to launch features
- →Coordinate the roll-out of new product features across all customers
- →Measure and analyze insights from product changes
- →Stay informed about the competitive landscape and travel industry trends
Requirements
- ✓5 years of experience in the travel industry
- ✓Specific experience working on travel or hospitality products
- ✓Collaboration with commercial and engineering teams
- ✓Experience as a Product Owner in Agile Teams
- ✓Proficiency in data analysis and SQL
- ✓Personal experience as a traveler
- ✓BS degree or equivalent experience
