About the Role
The IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator is responsible for the lifecycle management, governance, and optimization of all IT and DevOp assets across the organization, including hardware, software, licenses, and related infrastructure. This role ensures compliance, cost efficiency, and accurate asset tracking while supporting procurement, security, and operational teams, with a strong focus on maintaining controls required for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT and DevOps assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end of life
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets, including ownership, classification, and status
• Ensure assets are properly tagged, tracked, and aligned with security policies
• Coordinate secure provisioning and decommissioning, including data sanitization and destruction
• Administer and maintain ITAM systems (e.g., NinjaOne, SentinelOne, Jira Service Desk, Vanta)
• Ensure asset records meet audit and compliance requirements
• Perform regular audits and reconciliation of asset data across systems and CMDB
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for asset inventory
• Track software licenses, entitlements, and usage to ensure compliance
• Optimize license utilization and reduce unnecessary spend
• Collaborate with procurement on asset purchasing, vendor selection, and contract tracking
• Ensure vendors meet organizational security and compliance standards
• Support and enforce asset management controls utilizing Vanta aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Maintain asset inventory as an audit-ready controlled record
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and evidence
• Ensure timely asset return and deprovisioning during employee offboarding
• Support vulnerability management and patch compliance tracking
• Identify and remediate risks related to unmanaged or rogue assets
• Produce reports and track KPIs to support compliance and continuous improvement
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or related IT operations role
• Familiarity with ITAM/SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, NinjaOne)
• Strong understanding of hardware and software asset lifecycle management
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 compliance requirements
• Understanding of software licensing models (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, SaaS)
• Strong analytical and data governance skills
• High attention to detail with audit-grade accuracy, ability to manage completing priorities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds as part of the regular job duties
• Keeper is FedRAMP authorized, therefore, all applicants must be a “U.S. Person”
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher
• Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
• ISO 27001 certification (Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor, or similar)
• Experience supporting SOC 2 audits
• Knowledge of CMDB management and ITSM platforms
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls)

5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
• You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
• You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
• Object to or restrict processing
