About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join Keyfactor, a company trusted by over 1,500 organizations globally for identity-first security solutions. This mid-level role focuses on managing and improving cloud infrastructure, contributing to system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and improve cloud infrastructure and services within established standards
→Participate in operational support, incident response, and remediation activities
→Develop automation using scripting languages, REST APIs, and Azure tools
→Apply cloud networking concepts to maintain a strong security posture
→Work with Azure Monitor to administer and enhance monitoring and alerting configurations
→Coordinate and execute patch management activities
→Apply working knowledge of PKI concepts in support of customer and hosted environments
→Work with Keyfactor’s hosted products and core functionality

Requirements

✓High School Diploma or equivalent experience
✓Strong related work experience in cloud operations
✓Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including native services and tooling
✓Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools
✓Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
✓Strong Windows systems administration experience, including Windows Roles & Features and Active Directory
✓Strong problem-solving skills for moderately to highly complex issues
✓Effective written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
✓Proven ability to collaborate within and across teams
✓Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with some oversight
✓Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
