Role & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
β’ Lead, manage, and develop the Marketing Account Management team of four, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight
β’ Ensure consistent quality of service, strategic thinking, and client delivery across the team
β’ Set clear objectives and drive accountability for performance and development
Strategic Account Ownership
β’ Own and lead Keyloopβs largest Managed Service accounts, acting as senior strategic partner
β’ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing strategies for key clients
β’ Build strong executive-level relationships and drive long-term growth and retention
AI & Innovation
β’ Proactively explore AI tools, trends, and technologies relevant to digital marketing
β’ Identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing services (e.g. automation, optimisation, insights, content generation)
β’ Pilot and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency
β’ Act as an internal advocate for innovation and continuous improvement
Marketing Strategy & Delivery
β’ Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, paid social) aligned to client objectives
β’ Ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs, revenue targets, and ROI expectations
β’ Use data (GA4, BI tools, marketing platforms) to analyse performance and inform strategic recommendations
Client Engagement
β’ Lead client status calls, monthly and quarterly business reviews, presenting performance insights and forward strategies
β’ Act as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients
β’ Support new business pitches and strategic proposals
Collaboration & Growth
β’ Work closely with GTM, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and reduce churn
β’ Educate internal stakeholders on marketing services and their alignment to Keyloopβs wider product offering
β’ Identify and develop case studies in collaboration with brand and communications teams
Market & Industry Awareness
β’ Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO, PPC, and paid social
β’ Maintain awareness of automotive and technology trends to inform innovation and strategy
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
β’ Proven experience in a digital marketing role (typically 4+ years)
β’ Experience managing or leading a team of client-facing professionals
β’ Strong experience handling large, complex, or enterprise-level accounts
β’ Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing plans
β’ Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social
β’ Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and data analysis tools
β’ Interest in or exposure to AI technologies within marketing
β’ Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
β’ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and team responsibilities
