We are looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team at Kikoff, a FinTech unicorn that provides affordable financial tools to consumers. This role involves blending strong visual design skills with a strategic marketing mindset to bring the Kikoff brand to life across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build on the visual execution and evolution of the Kikoff Brand.
- →Take an active role in forming creative strategy and participate in campaign ideation and concept development.
- →Design creative assets across a wide range of channels—Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Brand, Website, and Social.
- →Develop and iterate on visual systems that align with Kikoff’s brand guidelines.
- →Create static and motion assets for campaigns, ads, and content.
- →Leverage AI tools to ideate, prototype, and accelerate design workflows.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, test, and refine creative concepts.
- →Uphold brand and compliance standards across all design output.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies.
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work across marketing and product channels.
- ✓Comfortable leaning into data and insights to inform strategic design decisions.
- ✓Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools such as After Effects.
- ✓Comfortable using AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and speed.
- ✓Skilled at working independently while managing multiple projects and timelines.
- ✓Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layout for digital storytelling.
- ✓Collaborative, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
