About the Role
We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our finance team at Kikoff, a high-growth fintech startup. This role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines and models that power financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain data pipelines and models that power finance reporting
- →Design and automate financial reporting workflows
- →Collaborate across finance and engineering to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- →Drive data reconciliation efforts between internal systems, external vendors, and the general ledger
- →Develop and maintain key financial metrics and dashboards
- →Support capital markets efforts by building reliable processes for loan tape generation
- →Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to deliver data-driven insights
- →Champion data quality and documentation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's or above in a quantitative discipline
- ✓2+ years of work experience in analytics engineering or a related role
- ✓Strong SQL skills
- ✓Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation
- ✓Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, Dagster, Airflow, Metabase, and Amplitude
- ✓A track record of building automated reporting solutions
- ✓Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
- ✓Intellectually curious and self-driven
- ✓Project management and organizational skills
