About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist with a marketing operations focus to join Kinsta. This role will help turn data, automation, and process excellence into pipeline growth, making demand generation programs more predictable, measurable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and optimize intent programs to trigger timely sales conversations
→Launch scalable email programs that drive sales conversations and pipeline opportunities
→Support event campaign operations by planning and coordinating pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns
→Test and explore new marketing channels that could drive qualified leads and revenue

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations
✓Strong HubSpot expertise, including experience in email marketing, list management, workflows, and integrations
✓Hands-on experience supporting sales-driven event campaigns end-to-end using HubSpot
✓Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales and RevOps
✓Experience working with intent data and familiarity with data enrichment tools
✓Strong understanding of data hygiene and segmentation, with practical skills in Excel or Google Sheets
