About the Role
KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is seeking Learning Specialists for the 2026-27 school year. The Learning Specialist will ensure compliance with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), teach small groups of students, provide support in general education settings, and work with families on the special education process.

Requirements
- ✓First-year Learning Specialist with a starting salary of $50,000
- ✓FLDOE certification may be required for instructional stipends
- ✓Ability to work with multiple grade levels
- ✓Experience with Response to Intervention (RtI) process
- ✓Strong understanding of special education processes
