About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Podcast Clipper / Video Editor who can turn long-form podcast episodes into polished, engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Edit and repurpose long-form podcast audio into short clips
- →Add captions, subtitles, jump cuts, and on-screen elements
- →Format content based on platform-specific requirements
- →Ensure high-quality exports optimized for short-form delivery
- →Collaborate with the team and creative lead for revisions when needed
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience editing short-form social content
- ✓Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling for fast-moving platforms
- ✓Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects)
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits each week
- ✓Portfolio or editing samples required
