About the Role

We are looking for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to join Klaviyo. This role focuses on delivering exceptional assistance to customers, helping them scale their businesses with Klaviyo's platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Establish yourself as the trusted advisor for ~40 customers
→Develop tailored success plans to drive adoption of the Klaviyo platform
→Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase customer revenue
→Proactively review customer performance and address any open issues
→Work cross-functionally across teams to solve for customer goals
→Provide strategic guidance and tactical support to customers
→Contribute feedback to Product on product improvements
→Contribute to a positive team environment
→Transform workflows by implementing AI solutions

Requirements

✓2+ years of customer success experience
✓Track record for building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders
✓Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software
✓Experience in marketing or advising on marketing strategy
✓Comfortable discussing account renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
✓Excellent organizational and project management skills
✓Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email
✓Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint
✓Track record managing customer relationships through Salesforce or similar CRMs
✓Experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms
✓Experience with AI tools and workflows
