About the Role

We are looking for Dutch-fluent Product Experts to join Klaviyo's growing team in Dublin. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to EMEA customers who are scaling their businesses with Klaviyo's platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Klaviyo platform
→Provide high-quality product support for Klaviyo customers through email and live chat
→Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical end users
→Diagnose software issues and resolve escalated customer complaints
→Provide support and guidance on non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup
→Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
→Transform workflows by implementing AI solutions

Requirements

✓Fluent English & Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
✓1+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with software/SaaS troubleshooting
✓Experience with AI tools and workflows
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
✓Flexibility to work varied shifts
✓Collaborative mindset
✓Full authorization to work in Ireland
