About You:

You’re a hands-on creative leader; you don’t just direct, you design. You’re comfortable jumping into Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or on set to bring ideas to life when needed.

You have deep expertise in Figma and modern creative workflows, with the ability to build, evolve, and scale design systems across digital touchpoints.
•
You’re a strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for details, image curation, visual storytelling, typography, 3D Design, layout, form, and color.
•
You have a strong background in photography and on-set art direction, with the ability to guide shoots from concept through execution and post-production.
•
You’re passionate about design and contemporary fashion. You keep up with what’s trending in the industry and competitive landscape.

You know how to balance creativity with getting things done on time and within budget, to meet the overall business objectives – for you and your team.

The Opportunity
•
Inject fresh, culturally relevant energy into all creative outputs, ensuring KT shows up in a way that feels fun, current, and differentiated.
•
Ideate and lead creative concepts for photoshoots and make decisions along the way (shot list, props, budget, models) to ensure successful execution of campaigns
•
Lead with a digital-first mindset, ensuring all creative is optimized for performance across web, paid, social, and lifecycle channels.
•
Collaborate with graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, media producers, and cross-functional stakeholders in Retention Marketing, Brand Marketing, Content &, Community to make the KT message shine.
•
Own evolution of visual identity to drive the KT brand forward by pulling inspiration from customers, teen culture, design, art, and fashion
•
Align and extend our brand through illustration, video, animation, and UGC, expressing the heart of what makes Kt special in a consistent, cohesive way.
•
Brainstorm and pitch fresh creative approaches to meet our marketing strategy and business goals.
•
Mentor designers and directors through constructive feedback and guidance on best design practices.
•
Manage resources, including sourcing and managing freelance design, animation, and video help as needed and guiding them to success.
Qualifications:
•
10+ years of proven experience working with established brands, building design systems and strong visual identity.
•
A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
•
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
•
Strong background in photography direction and production, including on-set experience.
•
An outstanding portfolio that illustrates how you direct, design, build, and conceptualize forward-thinking creative concepts within a brand style to drive customer engagement.
•
A good eye and a good ear, empowering you to give the right feedback to push creative boundaries and help your team grow.
•
Demonstrated skill in conceptualizing and directing ecommerce, lifestyle, and product photography.
•
Strong understanding of fashion editorial, photography, design, video/film, and Gen Z culture and trends.
Bonus:
•
Experience with copywriting or partnering closely with copy to shape tone and messaging
Salary:
• Annual salary starting at $110,000
