About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Data & Success Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring data sourced through partnerships is successfully integrated and delivering measurable value across the organization. The position focuses on closing gaps in data integration, protecting return on investment from partnership sourcing, and accelerating time to value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and develop existing regional partnerships with regular check-ins for reliable data delivery
- →Source and onboard new data partners across all commodities in the Middle East
- →Represent the company at local and regional industry events to identify partnership opportunities
- →Share regional market insights and propose solutions to address data gaps and operational issues
- →Collaborate with local Sales teams to align partnership efforts with customer needs
- →Support Data Operations critical requests to maintain data quality and continuity
- →Deliver platform demonstrations and updates for existing and prospective partners
- →Proactively resolve partner queries and gather feedback to improve data delivery
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years experience in commodities, shipping, logistics, or market intelligence industry
- ✓Experience in commodity markets, commodity data operations, or commodity data product environments
- ✓Strong technical understanding of data ingestion workflows, databases, and data delivery mechanisms
- ✓Experience working with APIs, file-based data delivery, web platforms, or Excel integrations
- ✓Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and coordinate resolution of technical data issues
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams
- ✓Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- ✓Strong understanding of shipping, cargo movements, and commodity supply chains
- ✓Working knowledge of databases and data models used in shipping and cargo tracking
- ✓Solid grasp of data ingestion pipelines and delivery workflows
- ✓Ability to diagnose and resolve data ingestion, quality, latency, and coverage issues
- ✓Proven ability to prioritize ingestion work based on customer impact and commercial value
- ✓Experience acting as technical bridge between external data providers and internal teams
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability with proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- ✓Effective cross-functional collaborator able to influence without direct authority
- ✓Clear communicator who can translate technical challenges into business impact
- ✓Partner- and customer-focused with ability to build trust for deeper collaboration
