About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team at Kyivstar.Tech, a Ukrainian hybrid IT company. This role involves facilitating ceremonies and team delivery, removing blockers, and coaching the team to higher levels of Scrum maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- →Drive team focus on product metrics and user impact
- →Enable frequent, streamlined releases
- →Optimize workflows by eliminating unnecessary processes
- →Coach teams to foster autonomy and resolve conflicts
- →Facilitate planning sessions, backlog refinements, and retrospectives
- →Balance discovery and delivery efforts
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an app/web development team
- ✓Ability to deliver within each sprint according to the product roadmap
- ✓Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
- ✓Provide support using a servant leadership style
- ✓Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns, and techniques
- ✓Advanced understanding of task decomposing principles and backlog tracking
- ✓Theory and practical knowledge of the Scale Scrum framework
- ✓Strong sense of ownership for projects and team performance
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Jira advanced user/admin
- ✓English - Upper-Intermediate
