About the Role
The Assistant Marketing Manager will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's services. This role leads the Content and Creatives team to deliver strategy to execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify relevant market use cases and pain points to incorporate into campaign planning
- →Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- →Lead the Content and Creatives teams to produce comprehensive marketing materials
- →Ensure all marketing content follows a unified voice, style guide, and brand persona
- →Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness
- →Partner with managers and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts
Requirements
- ✓Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- ✓Experience running campaigns in several digital platforms
- ✓Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendors
- ✓Relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, or Business Management
- ✓Minimum 8 years in Marketing Communications, Campaign Planning, or Integrated Marketing roles
- ✓Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Supervisor or Assistant Manager role
- ✓Experience managing a team
- ✓Ability to work onsite at 4F, Tower 2 Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
