The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth and maximizing the long-term sales value of the companyβs portfolio of accounts and private sellers. This role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, growth, and long-term partnership value.
Working closely with the Business Development team, the Sales Manager will lead initiatives that expand the companyβs market presence, develop strategic sales plans, and unlock new revenue streams. The role involves proactively engaging potential clients, nurturing high-value accounts, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that align with client needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
β Identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry.
β Managing a team of BDAs which includes allocation of accounts & responsibilities, target setting + monitoring/reporting of results
β Assisting the team to close large business accounts, as well as coaching and training the team to achieve the targets
β Ensuring all services are provided to the client as agreed in the contract
β Planning and presenting reports on KPIs, strategy, and monthly initiatives to increase the market share.
β Administration of all sales activities + results in Salesforce and G-doc trackers
Is this you?
β 5+years experience in sales with a strong focus on field sales and familiar with route planning and managing a field sales team
β Coaching and training skills to help the team improve and generate sales
β Organized and structured person who can recommend data-driven solutions.
β Someone who is capable in building and maintaining relationship with clients
β Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation skills
β CRM platform experience and Google suite is highly desired but not required.
