About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to help grow our client base in the B2B SaaS sector. This role involves driving deals from first contact to signing contracts and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- →Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
- →Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
- →Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue
- →Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction
- →Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
- →Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company
- ✓Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
- ✓Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- ✓English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- ✓Experience using CRMs and Sales Tech Tools
