About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to join Woodstock Legal Services, a forward-thinking law firm that values people-first culture and innovation. This role involves supporting lawyers within the Woodstock community, helping them grow their practices and ensuring they feel connected and equipped.

Key Responsibilities

→Be the go-to person for our lawyers, building deep, trusted relationships during onboarding
→Drive engagement and growth by regularly checking in with lawyers to understand their goals
→Champion the lawyer experience by running training sessions and collecting feedback
→Create a sense of community by organizing events and discussions
→Support professional excellence by monitoring caseloads and ensuring compliance

Requirements

✓Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in a fast-paced environment
✓Ability to build long-term relationships and communicate effectively with professionals
✓Empathetic, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
✓Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to shape a growing company
✓Experience in or with law firms, legaltech companies, or platforms serving professional services
