About the Role
We are looking for a confident, collaborative and detail-driven PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Technology portfolio. You’ll play a key role in strengthening governance, driving consistency and supporting delivery teams to ensure programmes and projects run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Supporting governance across the portfolio, coordinating reporting cycles and helping establish new forum structures
- →Producing and reviewing documentation for governance meetings, including quality-checking reports and managing RAID and change control artefacts
- →Preparing packs for portfolio meetings and capturing, tracking and managing actions, decisions and minutes
- →Tracking project and portfolio costs, supporting forecasts, monitoring spend and highlighting issues or variances
- →Supporting project teams with documentation for stage gates, coordinating approvals and maintaining quality standards
- →Leading and championing process improvement activity to drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement
- →Embedding updates to PMO processes and tooling, ensuring smooth transition to BAU and supporting demand and capacity reporting
- →Coordinating training on PMO processes and tools, while coaching and supporting junior analysts
