We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team at Legora, a legal AI company trusted by global firms. This role focuses on building and running targeted outreach to open first conversations with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own outbound prospecting with guidance
- →Build and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone
- →Qualify opportunities using structured discovery
- →Nurture leads with clear value and next steps
- →Partner with Sales and Marketing teams
- →Keep the pipeline clean by logging activity in Salesforce
- →Surface market insight to sharpen messaging and targeting
- →Support events and campaigns to drive real pipeline
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years experience in a BDR or SDR role
- ✓Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- ✓Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
- ✓Curious and coachable with a quick learning ability
- ✓Resilient and goal-oriented
- ✓Collaborative with AEs and Marketing teams
