About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join Legora, a legal tech company that empowers legal professionals with AI-native workspace solutions. This role will play a central part in strengthening and scaling financial planning capabilities as the company grows globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve and run company-wide budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- →Build and refine scalable financial models grounded in the true economic drivers of the business
- →Develop long-range planning and scenario frameworks to support strategic decisions
- →Shape KPI structures and dashboards that make performance transparent across teams
- →Partner closely with leaders on pricing, hiring, product investments, and market expansion
- →Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
- →Drive automation and systems improvements across forecasting and reporting workflows
