About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Python Engineer to join our Central Operations team at Lendable, a leading fintech company focused on helping people get credit and save money. This role involves building internal web applications and automations to support our Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain internally facing web applications
- →Develop robust automations to improve operational efficiency
- →Implement AI solutions to support operations teams
- →Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams
- →Ship features used daily by Operations teams
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with Python in a web application context
- ✓Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- ✓Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern JS frameworks
- ✓Strong engineering principles and practices
- ✓Previous experience working in a product-focused team
- ✓Desire to learn about and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs
